Proposed Format for 2012--Beginning at noon, come preview the multitude of auction items.  Project Promise will be serving a BBQ chicken meal available from  4:30 pm until sold out. 
A few silent auction items will be sold between 5 - 6 pm and a small-items live auction from 6 - 7:30 pm.
To end your evening, there'll be a musical presentation by Les & Gwen Gustafson-Zookat 7:45 pm.

Auctions involve:

**QUILTS, COMFORTERS, AFGHANS and WALL HANGINGS
